ON DEATH

THE CIVIL LAW AND THE UNIVERSAL LAW

 

“You have heard that it was said to the people long ago, ‘You shall not murder, and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment.’But I tell you that anyone who is angry with a brother or sister will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to a brother or sister, ‘Raca,’ is answerable to the court. And anyone who says, ‘You fool!’ will be in danger of the fire of hell.

Therefore, if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother or sister has something against you, leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled to them; then come and offer your gift.

Settle matters quickly with your adversary who is taking you to court. Do it while you are still together on the way, or your adversary may hand you over to the judge, and the judge may hand you over to the officer, and you may be thrown into prison. Truly I tell you, you will not get out until you have paid the last penny”.

 

The face to face between the Civil and the Universal Law comes to make us think. The Law of Christ is clear and admits no discussion: Death Penalty upon civil acts is out of question. The Power on Life and Death belongs exclusively to God. No action between individuals can be subjected to “death”. Murder, thief, adultery, all kind of actions born in the heart of Society and referred to the Individuals are comprehended in the Law of Christ. The Sentence of Death Penalty upon  the actions of the Individual is against the Law of Christ.

It is not of our interest to enter in a discussion on the different models of society founded on Death as the means to cover-up the deficiencies of Society, making of Justice a House of Vengeance instead of a House of  Law. Justice exists and comes to the stage when and because the inequality between the Individuals. Not that Equality settle Justice be dismissed. Of course not, Justice remains to support that Equality. The roots does not dismiss its roots once it has attained its maturity. Nor the house its foundation once concluded. On the other hand Vengeance does not solve the problem; all the contrary, Vengeance opens the door to the next murder, to the next thief, to the next adultery, and so on. The Victory of Justice is reached when Society and Individuals become One, and the murder, the thief, the adultery, and so on, are banned, not because fear, but because Love of the Individual towards Society and Society towards the Individual. The fact that the Individual is just a slave on whose blood and sweat Society lives: his is the source of murder, thief, adultery and all kind of actions where misery, pain and horror come from.

No matter the hardship, the time it takes to Justice to reaching its Victory, Man has to stick to the power of the Law of Christ, the transgression of it, making Death Penalty the response of the Society to the problems of the Citizens, this response put Vengeance as the end of it, “the transgressor is dead, the problem is finished”, and accordingly the Society keeps bringing new murders, on stage. To close blood with blood take Society to nowhere.

This Law of Christ had been the northern star guiding the Western Civilization from the bloody nature of the Barbarians and the Antique Nations to the harbor of the casting out from the Book of Law of the Death Penalty as a response to the Evil that Society takes for granted. This peculiarity, death penalty as the response of Justice to the Problems of the Society,  compares the Anglo Americans with the Tyrannies of our day, China, Iran, Arabia, and so on. For a Christian man is a shame that such a Society calls itself “Christian” when the Law of Christ is treated with the same reverence as Jews, Muslims, and Communists, professes to it. But this is a problem for them to face. Here we are more interested to unify the Law of Christ with the Law of God.

Christ came to project the Law of Moses to the Nations, with the particularity of the Perfection of it once touched Man by God’s Spirit, by which Man is Law for himself.

Society, such as we know it, in History and upon the ground, is based upon the slavery of the Universal to the will of the Individual. The Many live and die for the sake of the Few. And when this Few fight for Equality, the Many take off their mask and show their true face, A tyrant, a demon, such as the Syrian Butcher. Society belongs to All; accordingly the Few have the moral duty to step back and give way in to the will of the Many when  the New problems need New Answers, to which they are neither prepared nor are found equal to the task.

And here is where the Law of God enters.

God did not abolish His Law : “Death onto the War Maker”. The same Need which brought forth such a Law exists Today and Forever. The contrary would mean that the Devil, (the Rebel Angels, call them as you like, Satan, the Old Snake, the Dragoon), had conquered God and put God on His knees. The Abolition of the Law on War would mean the Blessing of God on the War Lovers in the name of God’s Love for His sons. The Rebellion of the sons of God, those who led by Satan planned the Fall of Man as a declaration of War on God’s Law, that Rebellion, if God had abolished the Law, would be victor, and the Death of Christ a failure.

God gave to His Son omnipotent Power on the Civil Question, and as King gave Him the Power of the Supreme Judge of His Kingdom, but the Creation is God’s Creation, the King is the Servant of God to maintain Peace on the Rock of Justice. The Universal Law competes to God; the Being on whom Wild pends the Life of the entire Creation is God. His Will and His Duty extends its Power and Omniscience upon the Tree of Life without distinction between Branch and Branch. Space and Time make no difference in the eyes of God. Whether Man is born Today, and Tomorrow will be create new Worlds, as other worlds were created before Man, we all are Branches of a same Tree, the Tree of Life, and the Tree in its entirety is subjected to the same Law, as much as the Water feeding its entity reach its entire body.

The contradiction, then, the antagonism from the Law of Christ and the Law of God, is merely apparent. Theologically speaking, let’s give to everyone its share, the Glory of the revolution that Creation means in reference to Space, Time and Matter, bringing the Life of Tree under the Immortality of God, by the Obligation by God undertaken becoming the Gardener, the Cosmic Peasant, this Glory reaches its perfection in the Unity of the Father and the Son in the Same Spirit. While the Son recognizes the Obligation of His Father to the Tree of Life as His Cosmic Work, the Father gives to the Son the sphere of the Civic Law, integrating Him in His Universal Kingdom as The King, by whom Justice Society is freed from Death as response to the Future Equations to come as the Tree of Life grows in Time. The Word is the Answer to the Future. The Word is the Power of the Intelligent Life. There is no higher Power than the Word.  It is through the Word that all the problems got to be settled. Which takes us to Diplomacy. Unfortunately the diplomatic body we have before our eyes form art of the problem. They are slaves of the powers of the world, those same powers which are patronizing the Massacre of the Syrian Population.

Again, Wisdom is supreme and the Future is clear : “No one pout the new wine in the old…” But this is the Future.

With this few words the intention was and is to bring light into the mind of those men who may feel strangled between the Contradiction of God rising Death Penalty on the War Makers, and the Law of Christ wiping out of the Book of the Civil Law the Death Penalty as the way for Justice to reach Victory upon Crime.

Vengeance comes when Injustice is deliberately adopted as system of Justice. To cover up this system of Legal Injustice they bring forth Death Penalty as a page of the Book of Law. The Perfection of Man is neither in Vengeance nor in Death by his own hand, but to hold on until Justice is done.

Again, we see the absurdity resulting from the Law of Christ wiping out the Law of God from Society in the case of the Norwegian Mass-Murderer who declaring War on the Races and committing an act of War was been surrendered to the Civil Law. He who rises on War, by the Law of War got to die, and his ashes thrown on the street for the Wind of Time to blow out from the memory of men his name and madness.

An Individual who don’t step back and becomes a Mass-Murderer he is subjected to Death, and, with him, all the Commanding Line subjected to Execution, their ashes thrown to the street.

When the Law of Love for Life has been killed, the Fear to the Law of God is there to bring him back to this senses. But if Fear for God does not tie his will to Life, death is the natural reward.

This way I have solved the question of the contradiction between the Law of Christ and the Law of God brought forth in the day before.
